Order FAQs

Every effort is made to ensure that all products are as close to color matching as possible on the image, but the shade color may vary slightly depending on the monitor settings. If you are not sure about the color, please contact us before placing an order and we will try our best to take a picture for you.

If the product is out of stock online, please contact us at maria@knotalwaysmonday.co.uk and we will try our best to create backordered products for you.

We accept all major credit and debit cards via our website.

Please contact us as soon as possible at maria@knotalwaysmonday.co.uk and we will do our best to add these items on.

Please contact us as soon as you wish to cancel the order at maria@knotalwaysmonday.co.uk  If your order has not yet been despatched or customised we will cancel and refund your order. If it has already been despatched the order cannot be cancelled.

Unfortunately, we are not able to hold orders, they will be dispatched in number order as our team works through them. Sadly, we do not have the space in our warehouse to store or hold orders for an extended amount of time.

Please contact us as soon as possible to report any shortage/error from your order. All shortages/errors must be reported to us within three months of receiving your order.

Delivery FAQs

Please contact us first to discuss any issues in your order, we will resolve these issues as soon as possible.

Royal Mail’s goal is to deliver the package within the estimated time, but these cannot be guaranteed, and Royal Mail will not consider the order to be lost within 10 days after the date of postal orders.

During the current COVID-19 pandemic, delivery times may be longer than the estimated delivery time.
